A New Twist on the Cobb Salad
This new take on the Cobb Salad is a high-fat, low-carb meal. Personal Trainers Tyler Pratt and Ryan Woods from Enfuse Fitness in Enfield told us why this kind of high-fat meal can be a good addition to our diet, and showed us how to make it.

Julienned red onion
Shredded organic carrots
Panfried organic chicken thighs
Pan fried organic Chorizo
Organic avocado
Free range hard boiled eggs
Topped with olive oil and rice wine vinegar
